Congratulations to C-A-N-C-E-R (Caring Area Neighbors for Cancer Education and Recovery)!

C-A-N-C-E-R is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide support to families and individuals dealing with cancer.  They are not affiliated with the American Cancer Society or any other Cancer Organization.  All of the services they offer are free and all funds donated remain in our local area.

The following are some of the services they offer:

Pharmacy Program - supplies free of charge personal care products not available through other services.

Bread of Life Visitation - on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, cancer patients in treatment are treated to home delivery of bread, all home cooked and delivered by local volunteers.

Tote Bags - Patients receive a tote filled with items selected specifically with the patient in mind.
