Scam Alert!

scam.pngThis morning we were alerted by other financial institutions that their members have received a text message telling them that their debit card number was compromised and to call 844-334-6152.  When they call the number, it asks them for their card number and CVV code, too.  Please be aware that this is a scam and do not ever give information like this over the phone. If we believe your card has been compromised we will contact you directly and will never send you a text message. If you receive this text message simply ignore it or contact your local branch at the local number. Caribou 498-8756, Presque Isle 768-5051, Fort Fairfield 472-5710, Houlton 532-7325.
