What You’ll Do
- Support the daily operations of the Member Service Center.
- Coach, train, and assist Member Service Center Representatives.
- Help resolve complex member inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Promote products and services that meet members’ financial needs.
- Monitor performance, identify process improvements, and help achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of customer service, financial services, or call center experience.
- Previous leadership or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding member service and developing others.
