The County Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced supervisory role as Head Teller in our Old Town branch. The successful applicant must enjoy working with the public, motivating and challenging staff in a professional and positive environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process member financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money to members; and transfers.
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
- Provide routine information about services and direct members to the appropriate departments for specific details and assistance.
- Schedule and monitor daily activity of Member Relations Specialists (Tellers).
- Train, direct, and evaluate employee performance on Member Relations Specialists line.
- Identify performance issues and take corrective action.
- Monitor Member Relations Specialists’ line for compliance with established policies and regulations; take action to resolve any compliance issues.
- Order and maintain the cash and coin vault as well as balance and maintain the ATM.
- Complete the monthly Branch Security Report.
- Promote credit union products and services.
- Other duties assigned by management.
