The County Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced supervisory role as Head Teller in our Old Town branch. The successful applicant must enjoy working with the public, motivating and challenging staff in a professional and positive environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process member financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money to members; and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Provide routine information about services and direct members to the appropriate departments for specific details and assistance.
• Schedule and monitor daily activity of Member Relations Specialists (Tellers).
• Train, direct, and evaluate employee performance on Member Relations Specialists line.
• Identify performance issues and take corrective action.
• Monitor Member Relations Specialists’ line for compliance with established policies and regulations; take action to resolve any compliance issues.
• Order and maintain the cash and coin vault as well as balance and maintain the ATM.
• Complete the monthly Branch Security Report.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Other duties assigned by management.

The Compliance & BSA Assistant is responsible for assisting the VP of Compliance & BSA, identifying and investigating suspicious activity, performing various quality control reviews and monitoring in the area of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, and Customer Identification Program Compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidance. The right candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous training or experience in a financial institution is desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
